We begin this adventure through the Alto Sinú leaving Montería to Tierralta in a journey of 1 hour and a half. Upon reaching the Urrá Reservoir, we will board a boat to navigate its emerald green waters until we reach to the first island (Isla Sonora) for bird and primate watching. Then we will continue our journey sailing towards the second island, where we will delight ourselves with the sweet nectar of the sugar cane and we will learn about the cultivation until it is transformed into sugar. At the end we will continue to the last island (Isla del Encanto) where we will learn about the ancestral knowledge and flavors of Alto Sinú, as well as enjoy a delicious Enyucado.
