Caño Cristales 3 days from Villavicencio

Day 1

The greeting point is at the Vanguaida airport of Villavicencio by our staff. (The ticket is not necessary because the air operation is carried out on charter flights). Registration and check-up will be carried out to board the plane heading La Macarena. Once in La Macarena our staff will receive you and the environmental authorities will conduct an induction talk. We will go to the hotel where a room will be assigned to change clothes and store luggage.

We will visit an alternative place to Caño Cristales assigned by the environmental entities (only one place can be visited)

Lunch will be served during the activity. We will return to the Macarena, the room will be delivered (Check In 3:00 pm). At night we will have dinner and rest.

Day 2

Breakfast is served in La Macarena, we will go on a new tour in the morning hours according to the schedules assigned to us by the environmental authorities. We will enjoy a boat trip on the Guayabero River for 20 minutes, followed by a trip of 20 minutes more in vans from the landing point of the boat to the spring of Cajuche. The path that Cormacarena and National Parks assign according to permission * will be visited.

Lunch will be cold, we will take it in banana leaves and eat it in Caño Cristales. We will return to the Macarena. In the evening we will have an integration (Parandón llanero) with folkloric show and typical gastronomic show. At night we will rest at the hotel.

Day 3

Breakfast at the Macarena, we will leave in the morning to take a boat trip on the Guayabero river for 20 minutes, during this tour we can enjoy the landscape; We will then take a 30-minute van tour from the Los Mangos port to the Cajuche spring. We will visit the path assigned by Cormacarena and PNN according to permission *

Return to the Macarena where we will have lunch. Departure of the flight to Villavicencio from 12:00 m to 5:00 pm. End of our adventure.

• Banks in La Macarena:
  - Agrarian Bank. (Normal hours, no additional hours.)
  - Cashier of Bancolombia (In tourist season it keeps this cashier without money.)
• La Macarena has more alternate places to visit which are Cristalitos, Mirador, Caño Piedra, Raudal, Rio Lozada and Laguna del Silencio; it can be visited according to the permission of environmental entities.
• Caño Cristales is a nature destination for this reason its hotel infrastructure is not luxurious, on the contrary, its accommodations are comfortable, clean and quiet.
• The paths to visit in Caño Cristales are assigned by the environmental entities, this itinerary may undergo changes.
• Check in at the hotel is at 3:00 pm and Check out at 1pm.
• Flight schedules may change, depending on the weather and aeronautical permit.
• Hydration (The entry of plastic bottles is not allowed).
• Do not consume water from Caño Cristales.
• Camera recharged and with good memory.
• Vegetarian people or with special food requirements please inform at the time of booking.
• It is important to inform if you suffer from any disease and allergies.
• Carry the yellow fever vaccine card.
• People with high physical performance inform the agency to request appropriate permits.
• Different places are visited every day, they never grant the same path twice.
• If you travel on holy days the last day you will not visit Caño Cristales according to regulations of environmental entities (ABC) they will have activities in alternate places.
• Becuse it is a protected reserve (National Natural Park):
  - No sunscreen, repellent or any kind of chemicals products are allowed in the park.
  - No smoking in the park.
  - Do not drink alcoholic beverages inside the park.
